Hi, I'm Anais — the hands behind the sourdough.
I bake everything sourdough — from cozy loaves to indulgent cookies — all inspired by a childhood spent in my grandma's kitchen. Standing beside her, I learned the little tricks, the twists, and the kind of love that can only be baked into food.
Today, I mix tradition with creativity, turning simple ingredients into something meant to be shared, savored, and remembered.
