This Privacy Policy applies to themorningcrumbs.com and the ordering, pickup, customer-support, and text-messaging services offered by The Morning Crumbs LLC, a micro-bakery based in Sanford, Florida.

Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:

• Contact and order information: your name, email address, mobile number, ordered products, order number, pickup time, order notes, and fulfillment history.
• SMS information: your opt-in or opt-out choice, the date and source of that choice, delivery status, and messages such as STOP, START, or HELP.
• Technical information: basic device, browser, IP address, and service-log information used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website.
• Information from other services: information provided to us by an ordering, payment, social-media, or messaging provider when needed to complete your request.

• process and prepare orders and coordinate pickup;
• send an order number, pickup time, reminder, cancellation, or service update;
• notify opted-in customers when a weekly drop opens or when a requested waitlist product becomes available;

You may decline optional promotional texts and still place an order. To stop text messages, reply STOP. To resubscribe, reply START. Reply HELP for assistance. You may also ask us to review or correct your information by contacting us through our official Instagram account.

Our website and services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If you choose Allow analytics, we use Google Analytics to understand visits, referral sources, menu views, cart activity, and completed purchases. Google receives technical information such as your browser, device and IP address when its service is contacted, and uses cookies to distinguish visits. We do not send your name, email, phone number, order notes, payment details, or private pickup address in analytics events. Purchase events include an order reference, products, quantities, and merchandise value.

Analytics is optional and is not required to browse or order. It stays off until you agree. Use Analytics preferences at the bottom of public pages to change your choice. We remember your choice for up to 180 days and honor supported Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. Advertising personalization is disabled.
