The Morning Crumbs offers limited, small-batch products during scheduled ordering windows. Products, quantities, prices, pickup windows, and deadlines may change between drops. Orders are currently placed through the third-party ordering platform linked from our website and are also subject to that platform's terms and privacy policy.

An order is accepted after payment is successfully confirmed and you receive an order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order because of an inventory error, payment issue, safety concern, weather event, equipment failure, or another circumstance that prevents fulfillment. If we cancel a paid order, we will issue an appropriate refund.

Orders are fulfilled by local pickup in Sanford, Florida. Please arrive within your confirmed pickup window and follow the instructions provided with your order. If you expect to miss your window, contact us as soon as possible. Because our products are fresh and perishable, we cannot guarantee alternate pickup, replacement, or refund for an order that is not collected.

Contact us promptly if you need to cancel. Because each batch is planned and baked to order, cancellation or refund requests may be declined after production begins. If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will refund the affected item or order. If something is wrong with your order, contact us promptly after pickup so we can review the issue and offer an appropriate resolution.

Products are made in a home-kitchen environment that handles wheat and other sources of gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, and other allergens. Cross-contact is possible. Product descriptions are not medical or dietary advice. Customers with allergies or dietary restrictions should contact us before ordering and should not consume a product if its ingredients or preparation environment are unsuitable for them.

By providing your mobile number through an applicable opt-in method, you agree to receive text messages from The Morning Crumbs at that number. Depending on the consent you provide, messages may include:

• order confirmations containing your order number and pickup time;
• announcements that a weekly ordering drop has opened; and
• alerts that a product you requested or joined a waitlist for is available.

Consent to receive promotional texts is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or copy content for commercial use without permission.

To the extent permitted by law, The Morning Crumbs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from website interruptions, third-party platform failures, carrier delays, or use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot be limited under applicable law.
